Copy and paste your bent frames, tube & your canvas ribbon. Pull the ribbon down so it just covers the bottom right corner of the frame.
(see Example for reference)
Grab your rectangle selection tool and drag a rectangle over the bit of tube that is below the ribbon.Make sure your on the tube layer and hit delete on
your keyboard.

Duplicate your tube layer twice and drag them below the bent frames.
Hide your original tube layer.
This is what you should have.

pull your tubes behind the frame so different bits are showing.
Merge your two tube layers together.
Then get your freehand selection tool set on point to point and click round the frame.

Selections - Invert and making sure your on the tubes layer hit delete on the keyboard.
Deselect
You should have something like this.

Effects - Artistic Effects - Halftone

Unhide your main tube, copy and paste your bow & add your name and Copyrights.
Adjust any positioning and when your happy - Layers - Merge all visable,
Animation
Duplicate your layer till you have 4.
For my ease of explaination I've remamed them all.

Select the layer I've called "in"
Grab your warp Brush and set it with these settings. (Note we are using the contract option)
If you'd like a more noticible effect then adjust the strength a little higher. I like subtle.

Hide your top layer so we can see what we are doing.
position your warp brush over her chest not to high up and click once.

You should see it suck in a little.
(This is the tool we can thin people down with! You should have a play it's so cool! hehe)
Click the tick for the warp to take.
Hide that layer and the one marked normal below it.
Now set your warp tool up with the same setting but change the mode to Expand (its to the left of contract)
Now on the layer I've called "out"
In roughly the same spot as before click and you should see it move out slightly.
Click the tick for the warp to take.
Now how easy was that?
Unhide all your layers and save a .pspimage (psp 7 compliant) or .psd
Open Aniamtion Shop find your file
Select all frames (ctrl a)
Hold Alt and press the return key. Change the speed to 20 - click ok
Now view and admire your handy work!
