Let’s Begin:
Open a new white canvas – 500x500.
Add a new raster layer. Flood fill with a color from your tube.
Unzip the supplies. Open the mask. Add new mask layer from image and merge group.
Select text tool. Open Flakey font. Select a color that compliments your tube. Choose a snowflake, size 150. Add a slight drop shadow. I used V-2, H-2, O-25, B-5.
Open Christmas tree tube. Resize 85% and move to left of canvas.
Effects – Plugins – EyeCandy 5: Nature – Snow Drifts. Under settings chose Dusting – Heavy. Under lighting, chose a light gray shadow. Add a slight drop shadow to the tree.
Open winter word art. Select freehand selection tool. Copy and paste onto bottom left of canvas. Add a slight drop shadow.
Open tube of choice. Copy and paste onto canvas. Resize if necessary. Add a drop shadow.
Using a font of choice add your name using a dark color from your tube. A chunky font works better. I used chocolat_bleu, size 48. Convert to raster layer. Effects – Plugins – EyeCandy 5: Nature – Snow Drifts. Under settings chose Text 100pt – Light Dusting. Add a drop shadow.
Chose a script font, color black, size 36. I used MA Simple Pleasure. Type your name again and position underneath the chunky font. Add drop shadow.
Add any copyright information and watermarks at this time. Crop if needed. Save as a PSPimage.
Animation:
Highlight the tube layer and hide from view. Copy merged into animation shop.
Duplicate so you have 10 frames.
Open snow animation. Select all and propagate paste into your tag.
Return to PSP, unhide tube layer. Copy and paste into AS - new animation. Duplicate frame so you have 10. Select all, copy, and propagate paste into your tag.
Save your work and enjoy!
