Queen of Hearts
Written by Vilishni on April 25, 2008 using Photoshop CS2 and Image Ready CS2.
It is my own creation - any similarities to another tutorial is purely coincidental.
Some knowledge of Photoshop CS2 and Imageready CS2 is required.

Alright! Let's get started!
Open new document 500 x x500
Flood fill white
Open tube of choice and mask
Create a new layer and flood fill with a color from your tube
Drag over your mask and resize if needed
Apply layer mask by going Channel tab - load channel as selection button at the bottom
Go back to the Layers tab - make sure your color layer is selected and press the apply layer mask button at the bottom of the window
Right click the mask window and click Apply Layer Mask
Stretch out masked layer so that it fills most of your canvas
Delete your original mask layer
Click your Elliptical Marquee Tool
While holding down your shift key – make a circle on your canvas
Go over to your Paths tab and click the Make Work Path from selection button at the bottom
Go back your layers tab and select your text tool
Click the path you just created and enter your text in the same color as your color layer
Using your move tool and position as close to the center of your color layer as you can
Duplicate your text layer
Select the original text layer and apply Copies to it with the following settings
Make sure your background color matches your color layer and text color.

Erase the first circle from your copies layer
Should look something like this (I’ve hidden my text copy so you can see)

Pick a lighter color from your tube and change the color of your text copy to it
Now go back to your copies layer (the one with the multiple text circles) and apply Gradient Glow to it using the lighter color

Apply the same glow to your text layer (the one with the single circle of text) but using your darker color
Should have something like this

Drag over your tube and resize if necessary
Move your tube so that it’s about center on your canvas
Apply desired drop shadow – see tag for reference
Duplicate your masked layer 2 times and add bright noise to each layer
Add your name using the same color and glow as your outer text ring
Add your copyright
Now Let’s Animate!
Click the Edit in ImageReady button at the bottom of your tool bar
Duplicate your frame so you have 3 total
Replace the masked layer in the second frame with the first copy
Replace the masked layer in the third frame with the second copy
Change the delay to 0.1 sec
Once happy with your tag
Click File – Save Optimized As…
Give it a name and location that easy to find and you’re done!
