Open up new image 500 x 500 pixels transparent, we’ll crop later.
In your materials palette choose a nice gradient for your background and choose a nice dark color to go with your gradient for the foreground.

Grab your text tool, Choose your font. Set your tool options to Size: 48, Create As: Vector Alignment: Center, Width: 3

Click on your canvas and click in the box that pops up and type out your name or text. I put my name. Click apply.

Go Objects/Align/Center in Canvas
In your layer palette right click and convert to raster layer.

Duplicate, Layers/Duplicate to make 2 layers.
X out the copy and click on the original to activate
Go Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur set at 15
Go Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds
With these settings
Width: 2, Opacity: 30, Color: Black, Horizontal checked, Light from left/top checked, click ok
Go Effects/Reflection Effects/Kaleidoscope
Default Settings
H & V: 0, Rotation Angle: 0, Scale Factor: 0,
Number of Petals: 10, Number of Orbits: 0, Radial Suction: 0
Edge Mode: Reflect
Click OK
(Note: play around a little bit with the settings to see what you can come up with.)

Un-X your copy layer.
Go Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat
Selections/Modify/ Contract by 4


Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
With these settings.
Bevel: 2, Width: 11, Smoothness: 42, Depth: 11,
Ambience: 0, Shininess: 7, Color: White,
Angle: 259, Intensity: 40, Elevation: 39
Click Ok
(Note: Play with these settings to see what you come up with)

Layers/ Duplicate, 2 times.

Your layer palette should look like this.

X out the top 2 copies
Click on the bottom name layer to make active.
Go to Adjust/Add/RemoveNoise
With these settings:
Uniform Checked, Noise: 30, Monochrome checked.
Click ok.
Un-X the 2nd name layer
Same step as before only change the noise to 35
Un-X the top name layer
Same step as before only change the noise to 40

Deselect.

Swap your materials, Using your background (the dark color) and foreground null. Using a different font if you’d like and make the size 30, depending on text. Type out a text to go below your name and Add a drop shadow.

I added shadow at V & H: 2, Opacity 50, Blur 4

Add drop shadow to each of the name layers also.

If you have 2nd text layer, then duplicate it twice.

Move each of the second text layers to where they are above the name layer. In order to do this. Click on the bottom text layer and drag it so it's above the bottom name layer.

Should look like this.

Click on text layer 3, right click merge/merge down
Click on text layer 2, right click merge/merge down
Click on text layer 1, right click merge/merge down.

Grab your crop tool. Click on the Merged Opaque

Double click on your canvas to crop.

Click on your background layer. Flood fill white or with a light color.
Click on your Kaleidoscope layer and right click merge/merge down.
Duplicate this layer 2 times. Do the same as above, moving the text layers to right above the kaleidoscope layers. Right click on each text layer and merge/merge down.

Click on the top layer. Add a new raster layer.
Add your watermark. Duplicate and do same as above.
Now save as a psp image.
Open AS and open your saved tag
Click on View Animation.
If happy, go to Animation/Resize Animation
Resize 60%
Save as

And you're done!
